Trinity Management Systems GmbH

has been successfully developing innovative solutions for professional corporate financial management for over 25 years. Development, sales and maintenance of the Treasury Management System Trinity TMS are carried out from the headquarters of the financially independent company in Frankfurt am Main, where the ISO-certified data centres for the private cloud implementations are also located.

Trinity offers its customers standard software with a very broad and deep functionality, which is individually adapted to the respective requirements within the implementation process.

 

Trinity primarily serves globally active companies from various industries with turnover sizes ranging from approximately 80 million to over 200 billion euros in annual turnover.

After more than 25 years, Trinity is still owner-managed and self-financed. Our diverse team is made up of experienced employees from different nations in a flat hierarchy. Together with our colleagues from the Netherlands, the German team implementations and customer support for our globally represented customers, whose headquarters are located in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, Poland, Denmark or Norway, for example.

Personal service

Trinity is a one-stop shop for everything from the initial consultation to implementation, training, maintenance, hotline and further development. By being in contact with our clients all the time, we know their specific installation and the client's staff, so we can always provide an individual and targeted service. We share our knowledge and experience with our customers and respond to their wishes.

 

Solution orientation

Trinity TMS has a modular structure and can be parameterised very flexibly. To ensure that our customers quickly arrive at the solution that best meets their requirements, we accompany them during the implementation. We carry out the installation and training, provide support in customising, defining the authorisation profiles and workflows, the first filling with data and setting up the connection to other systems.

 

If the favoured solution cannot be achieved through customising, Trinity can offer workarounds or individual additional programming.

 

Flexibility

If Trinity faces a resource bottleneck during system implementations it usually occurs on the client side. In this case Trinity reacts flexibly by adapting to the customer's individual time and resource plan. Compared to other software projects, the implementation of Trinity TMS is usually carried out much faster because we can take over a number of tasks from the customer, especially in case of private cloud installations. In addition, we are able to carry out customised software developments and interface adaptations at any time if this is necessary.

 

Customer orientation

Every customer is important to us and can benefit equally from our service offering. Only satisfied customers have ensured that Trinity has been able to develop software independently of external specifications for over 25 years in the interests of its customers and to renew technologies at an early stage. Since our customers' headquarters are located in Europe, we also focus primarily on important European trends during development. We are happy to share our best-practice experiences with our customers in projects and show them alternative solutions. We try to make the change from previous solutions to Trinity TMS as pleasant as possible for our new customers.

Our commitment

Continuous exchange of knowledge with Treasurer Associations in

 

 

Since 1998, Trinity Management Systems GmbH has been supporting the German Treasurer’s Association Verband Deutscher Treasurer e.V. through its corporate membership and participation in various events.

 

Like Trinity, the Verband Deutscher Treasurer e.V. also celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2022. For its birthday, Trinity dedicated two blog articles to the VDT: Part 1 on the development of treasury management since 1997, Part 2 on the association itself.

 

 

 

 

Supporting the Local Economy

 

Wherever possible, Trinity tries to award contracts to companies from the region, for example when it comes to events, marketing measures or office and business equipment.

 

Trinity also donates to charitable institutions, e.g. the Frankfurter Tafel e.V., in order to give at least some needy people a little joy at Christmas.
