Who We Are and What We Do

As an owner-managed company, we define our own objectives and act independently of external directives. Our primary focus is on existing and prospective customers, whom we aim to support with software solutions that make their day-to-day tasks easier and more efficient.
Trinity develops, markets and maintains the Treasury Management System Trinity TMS, a modular software solution for professional corporate financial management.
Our customers include companies of various sizes and from a wide range of industries. With the help of our web-based software, they can determine which liquid funds are available to them, in which currencies and at which locations around the world, over the coming days, weeks and months.
To make well-founded financing and investment decisions, they need a reliable basis of up-to-date, complete and accurate information. This information consists of account balances and cash flows, which are consolidated centrally within the system.

As a Junior Java Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d), you’ll work on the ongoing development of our Treasury Management System as part of an experienced and interdisciplinary development team. You’ll assist with the design, implementation, and maintenance of modern web applications, and in the process, you’ll learn how to technically implement complex business requirements from the finance and treasury sectors.
Your responsibilities will include working on backend and frontend components, integrating external systems, and further developing existing features. You’ll work with established Java technologies and modern web frameworks and will be gradually introduced to more challenging tasks. Ideally, you’ll have some initial experience in Java web development, an interest in clean software architectures, and enjoy working as part of a team. A structured approach to work, a willingness to learn, and good German and English skills round out your profile.
